At Omeda Station (Hankyu Railway) purchase a train ticket for 260 yen from a ticket dispenser. Go to Track #8 or # 9 and take a train; after traveling for about 20 minutes, get out of the train at Nishinomiya-Kitaguchi Station. At Nishinomiya-Kitaguchi, transfer to Track #7. Go two stops and exit at Kotoen Station. In front of Peacock Grocery near the Kotoen Station exit, take a bus bound for Kwansei Gakuin University; the ride will take about 5 minutes. Alight at the front gate of the university (Kwansei Gakuin Mae). If you wish, you can also walk to the university from Kotoen Station; by foot, it takes 15-20 minutes.
Toshokan Hall is located in the basement of the Main Library on Uegahara Campus. On entering the Campus through the main gate (designated as location no. 1 on the campus map below), just go straight ahead and you will reach the library building (no. 24 on the map).
