Registration Information
Conference fees: 1) Early bird rates (before January 14, 2010) are 11,000 yen (member), 13,500 yen (fees + membership), and 13,000 yen (non-member); 2) Standard rates (after January 14, 2010) are 13,000 (member), 15,500 yen (fees + membership) and 15,000 yen (non-member). Fees cover refreshments and snacks and the reception networking dinner on March 13, and also allow delegates to attend all sessions for both days of the conference. (Lunches not included.)
Note that an AAGS membership is required if you wish to submit your conference paper for possible inclusion in the 2010 conference proceedings or possible publication in the Asia Journal of Global Studies, the association's official journal. The membership does not guarantee publication but is required for articles to be assessed by referees. For other benefits of membership please consult the membership page.

* All presenters must submit their conference fees before they can be registered. No payments can be accepted upon arrival.
** Those who require visas to enter Taiwan should have them processed by this date. If a visa is required but is not obtained by the deadline, the applicant's name will be taken off the list of presenters and attendees.
*** No refunds after 31 January, 2010. Refunds requested before this time will be returned two weeks following the conference.
